Location: Minneapolis, MN

Contract: Temporary, Part-time (30 hours a week)

Job responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing team to craft video scripts or interview prompts.
• Plan the shoot with the marketing team and coordinate scheduling of video participants.
• Film videos on set or on location.
• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
• Edit footage in post-production.

Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Pursuing a degree in video production or related fields
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
• A strong understanding of brand standards and ability to follow a style guide
• High-level attention to detail/accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting depending on project needs
• A positive attitude with a passion for building and fostering strong relationships with team and clients
• Excellent customer service skills that meet the three values of the marketing team–professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Adobe Create Suite programs– Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (a plus)

• Insurance or investment knowledge helpful but not required
