Job Description:

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to create an exceptional user experience for our cloud-based Unity data management application. As a UX Designer, you will work across the entire UX and UI lifecycle, including research, strategy, design, and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs and solutions that align with the company’s mission and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create thoughtful and user-centered UX design solutions to improve the user experience for critical user pain points and opportunities to increase efficiency and usability for cloud-based software applications and websites.
• Translate user stories into interactive prototypes, high-fidelity visual mockups, user flows, and annotated wireframes that lead to an intuitive user experience.
• Understand and apply feedback to execute thoughtful designs with flexibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, product managers, product owners, engineering, and other internal organizations in UX ideation and innovation.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in UX designs with Software, Mobile, and Web, ideally in technology and/or B2B-related industries, life science, healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Experience in Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Experience developing interactive clickable prototyping, wireframing, and annotation.
• Experience working with agile software delivery framework.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
• Ability and consent to upload proof of completed Covid-19 vaccination into our secure database within 3 days of start date.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this position is $75 - $130 per hour. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
