About The Position

We’re looking for a marketing account manager to maintain and build the relationship with our clients. The position is US based, but remote. Clients span from UK time, East Coast Time, to Pacific Time.

Tasks:

• Proactively respond to client messages in Slack
• Attend and manage client meetings (twice a month)
• Ensure projects are completed by the team in a timely manner (7 day turnaround time)
• Review and QA work before sending to the client
• Create tickets for work to be created by the marketing team
• Manage timelines and plan projects with the marketing team
• Weekly meetings to sync with marketing team
• Strategize with the marketing team on how to best help the client grow

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of SEO experience in B2B space with proven results
• 1 year of experience in PPC with proven results
• 1-2 years experience in social media marketing with proven results
• 1-2 years experience in content marketing with proven results
• Communicate effectively, proactively, and clearly.
• Empathy for clients and marketing team
• Ability to explain complex marketing concepts in simple terms for clients’ understanding

Compensation

• $25-$40 per hour depending on experience
• This is a freelance position
