Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support to projects managed by the EECA team.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks related to different projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and assist with contracting consultants, organizing travel arrangements, processing invoices and expense claims, and maintaining financial records of project expenditure.
• Liaise with and support finance staff on routine financial matters, including the review of freelancer costs and appropriate filing of supporting documentation for reporting purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience providing administration assistance in an International Development organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work, coordinate activities, and manage conflicting demands to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with people of different levels and nationalities.
• Familiarity with using Smartbooks and contracting international-based freelancers.
