We’re looking for an experienced part time real estate photographer to join the SOCO team in northern Colorado! You’ll be helping local real estate agents market their properties by capturing photos, aerials, 3D tours, videos, and floor plans.

Pay Rate

$22.00 - $55.00 per hour

Job Description

This is a 1099 position. No editing required. Must know how to shoot in manual mode & have professional paid real estate photography experience shooting with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, preferably Sony. Real estate photography experience is required. Freelancers welcome!

We need someone who has a flexible schedule & has frequent availability between 9a-9p Mon-Fri. Must show themselves as “available to be booked for a shoot” 30+ hrs/wk on our online scheduling system. Must have some availability every weekday. You can expect about 5 shoots a week to start (~15 hrs/wk) with room for growth!

From past experience, this job is a perfect fit for people who are also doing other flexible part-time work (freelancers, gig workers, night/weekend workers, self-employed workers, retirees, etc).

You will be shooting in the northern Denver Metro, Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins. Candidates who are based near I-25 & Hwy 66 are preferred.

You must have a reliable vehicle & a flexible schedule. You also must have a newer model iPhone (12, 13, or 14) & a home computer with internet upload speeds of at least 10mbps.

We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, self-sufficient, responsible, positive, and outgoing.

You must be able to study & pass the FAA’s Part 107 Exam to operate drones commercially. If you already have a Part 107 license, even better! We require that you take & pass the test within two weeks of being hired. We cover the cost of the exam.

One to two day training period depending on experience ($15/hr). Pay is commission only. 25% on the order total, which is $22-$55/hr. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
