Job Description

The client is looking for an innovative digital designer to elevate the presence of its portfolio of websites and digital marketing creatives. We champion designers passionate about the creative process and love brand-based storytelling conveying Client’s past, present, and future. You’ll enter a collaborative environment of creatives that generate innovatively audience-centric ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms. In this role, you will provide counsel and support on Client’s critical strategic initiatives and infuse a digital-first approach into communication and marketing efforts throughout the enterprise. Partnering with brand, digital and content strategy, print creative, video, client management, corporate leaders, Information Solutions, and outside partners will be integral to promoting and elevating the Client’s brand.

Other Responsibilities

• In addition to designing and maintaining sites across the enterprise, you will create digital graphics, ads, web pages/layouts, email templates, and more.
• Develop everything from high-level flows to detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes to express a vision.
• Contribute to improving design team tools and processes, developing new solutions to match our growth as a business, and shaping the next generation of digital offerings.
• Utilize web analytic data to inform effective designs for our audiences and prioritize the most highly visited content and capabilities.
• Stay abreast of current industry standards and techniques to ensure an effective digital design that achieves the organization’s goals. Maintain knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to digital design.
• Engage in mentorship with other team members to help cultivate new design ideas and techniques to expand the team’s abilities.

Skills

• 5-10 Years Graphic Design/Web
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD. Dreamweaver is a plus.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems. Crownpeak experience is a plus.
• Portfolio required for consideration.

Education

• BS/BA in graphic design/web design.
