Articulate Storyline 360 eLearning Developer

Rethink is seeking a talented Articulate Storyline 360 eLearning Developer to assist in the creation of eTraining modules for educators. This is a remote, freelance position. The individual will collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Digital Operations and Content Writing Team. Their primary responsibility will be developing engaging electronic courses based on completed scripts and using an established template.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop electronic courses using Articulate Storyline 360 apps, following approved storyboards, and integrating professional audio.
• Create supporting materials and graphics using Adobe CC, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Search for and recommend suitable images to enhance eLearning content.
• Collaborate with the Digital Director, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts in the design process.
• Ensure correct style usage and consistent design by working closely with brand guardians.
• Complete the editing process for all developed courses, ensuring they meet quality standards before publication.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in course development within a corporate or institutional environment.
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, including creating layers, triggers, synchronizing audio, and animations.
• Proficient in Adobe CC, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing content and adhere to style guidelines.
• Passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences.
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
• Understanding of SCORM and xAPI formats.
• Competent and knowledgeable in learning management systems.
• Strong multitasking skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail, striving for exceptional quality standards.

• Strong conceptualization skills.

Compensation:

Hourly rate, commensurate with skills and experience.
