Responsibilities:

• Music Production: Utilize your expertise in Logic Pro X to deliver high-quality audio productions for MPOWER RECORDS LLC’s artists and clients.
• Recording and Mixing: Handle the recording and mixing process, ensuring pristine audio quality, proper balance, and desired sonic characteristics.
• Editing and Arranging: Edit and arrange audio tracks, ensuring seamless transitions, precise timing, and creative enhancements.
• Sound Design: Collaborate with artists and producers to create unique sounds and textures that elevate the overall production.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment, software, and studio setup, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with artists, producers, and other team members to bring their creative visions to life, offering valuable insights and suggestions.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and technical standards across all audio productions, adhering to industry best practices.
• Stay Updated: Continuously learn about emerging audio production techniques, industry trends, and advancements in technology to enhance your skills and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Years of experience as an Audio Engineer, specializing in Logic Pro X, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Expertise in Logic Pro X: Proficient in using Logic Pro X software for audio recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of audio equipment, plugins, effects, and virtual instruments commonly used in music production.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Musical Background: Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement to effectively contribute to the creative process.
• Attention to Detail: Keen ear for audio quality, ensuring precise editing, clean recordings, and accurate mixing levels.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges that may arise during the production process.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
