JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and software developers to gather requirements and design intuitive user interfaces.
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop and validate design concepts. Use Autodesk’s design system to maintain consistency with company standards.
• Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to gain insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Work with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs while adhering to technical constraints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user interfaces for complex applications or platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma as a design tool.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
