A Digital Marketing Media Manager hybrid role in Stamford, CT is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tactical execution of the portfolio-wide digital initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will work as part of the Integrated Media Team and work with the Brand Teams and Agency Network to produce forward thinking digital output. This person will partner closely with the IMT Media Manager and various cross-functional teams to ensure digital activations are properly brought to life, as well as manage our owned content and platforms across our portfolio of brands. Please note this is a minimum 4-5-month temp/contract opportunity starting in June 2023.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital strategies across brand portfolio collaborating with members of the integrated media team, brand teams, agencies and partners.
  • Evaluate consumer insights, brand information, specific category trends and relevant data in order to recommend digital media solutions for all brand lines.
  • Based on knowledge of latest trends and best practices, make recommendations for digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage website development projects, email marketing campaigns/CRM programs, social media properties, digital (display/video/mobile/search/social media) paid advertising.
  • Manage content development for consumer-facing online properties, paid digital media and paid search.
  • In collaboration with Media Manager and agency teams, deliver integrated monthly & campaign reports that include tracking and analysis of digital activations and properties.
  • Liaise with e-commerce and shopper teams to ensure the consumer journey across the digital ecosystem is inclusive of retail and e-commerce touchpoints and digital media partners.
  • Collaborate with brands on digital content integrations that are included in the digital media plans.
  • Collaborate with brands to ensure digital content is approved through regulatory and legal reviews.
  • Oversee the syndication of Ratings & Reviews across our websites and retailer partners.
  • Main POC for digital and CRM agency/agencies/vendors and platforms.

Owned Media:

  • Websites architecture, development, optimization, management and maintenance with respective digital agencies & SEO agencies
  • Ensures websites utilize SEO best practices.
  • Partner with brands on website content and email content/calendar.
  • Manage legal & regulatory approval of content.
  • CRM strategy (including consumer segmentation), development, maintenance, growth & management of Salesforce marketing automation platform.
  • Provide website & CRM analytics to IMT & media agency for inclusion in monthly media reports.
  • US lead for PIM/MAM platforms, Sitecore, Salesforce, and key point of contact with our partners Nevaling and ControlQS.

Paid Media:

  • In collaboration with Media Manager, drive digital strategy & measurement in media planning process.
  • Ensure digital activations drive to appropriate landing pages that deliver on ad promises.
  • Liaise with Media Manager and media agency to ensure consumer database is properly imported into agency DSP and lookalikes are built for better targeting.
  • Liaise with eComm & Shopper Marketing teams
  • Ensure brand content is accurate on retailer websites.
  • Advise on relevant pre-shop and post-purchase digital activations with key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target).
  • Partner with Media Manager to ensure paid shopper digital media activations are included in media agency’s consumer journeys.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in relevant field. (Marketing/Business Administration preferred; MBA in Marketing preferred.)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience (prefer digital agency or fast-paced consumer packaged goods experience).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, the ability to take initiative and set priorities, and to work independently and in cooperation with others to lead and motivate a team.
  • Clear understanding of personas/audience segments, consumer journey mapping and path-to-purchase conversion funnels.
  • Experience working in CMS platforms and CRM Platforms.
  • Understanding of digital media processes and vendors.
  • Experience with digital project management (understanding of user experience, development timelines, KPI setting)
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing digital creative content and production agencies as well as an understanding of digital media planning.
