Sales Development Artist Wanted!

Whiteboard Geeks (http://whiteboardgeeks.com/- check us out) is seeking talented artists to work with us as Sales Development Artist.

Do you love spending hours in procreate or Photoshop?

Do you work with your tablet until your hand cramps up?

Do you love drawing weird things and playing with new mediums?

Are you kind of geeky, but in a cool way?

Then look no further! Whiteboard Geeks is the place for you. We’re a boutique animation studio with our office in Chesterfield, VA with a spacious office calling your name. But you only have to come in the office when you’re recording. Otherwise you can work remote!

Responsibilities:

• Storyboard, draw and edit videos like these https://www.whiteboardgeeks.com/
• Draw comics, cartoons or caricatures to be mailed to clients
• Print out, box up and ship out the amazing artwork you create!
• Come up with ways to test odd new ideas (domino art anyone?)

Pay: $20/hr

Hours: Not guaranteed, but ~20 hours per week (some weeks 40 and some weeks 0)

Note: This job has growth potential! You can grow to become a Production Artist, Video Editor or Producer if jobs open up. Full-disclosure, it probably wouldn’t be soon, but the potential is there!

About Us: We’re a boutique animation studio based in Richmond, VA. We’re a christian company who focuses on doing good work with measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Can turn around work quickly and efficiently
• Has an eye for detail.
• Is Creative!
• Doesn’t let problems get them stuck
• Is proficient in Photoshop.
• Has background in art.
• Responds to calls or texts quickly (only during work hours)
• Can take on multiple projects.
• Is respectful to others, and able to give and receive hard feedback.

Job Timeline:

• Interview
• Test Project. This is paid and takes about half a day.
• Initial projects
• Part-Time Sales Dev Artist! Work as needed.
• Possible: Full time Sales Dev Artist

Note: Our production team is based in Richmond Virginia. We don’t require you come into the office unless you’re recording, but we do have occasional team-building events and get lunch in person.
