Position Summary
Are you highly creative, self-motivated, work well with others and like to multi-task, then we have an opportunity for you! As a video production coordinator, you will work with our Project Manager and Videographer to plan video/photo shoots. You will coordinate schedules, model release forms and ensure payments. This role is an administrative position to support video production efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify & screen potential instructors for video workouts
- Create a database of models for video/photo shoots
- Identify and create database of potential locations for video/photo shoots
- Coordinate payment, paperwork, travel, and lodging logistics with talent
- Obtain and organize signed model releases
- Organize invoices, contracts, and other files for easy access
- Ensure equipment/product availability and allocation
- Ensure shoots are scheduled to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Help with setting up video release dates based on the Marketing calendar (as to work in conjunction with rest of team’s efforts) – or linking certain video/photo content to specific upcoming emails and campaigns
- Assist with various tasks on video and photo shoots
- Attend and network at off-site trade show events as a brand ambassador in search of leads for new venues and talent.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and establish and maintain good working relationships;
- Must be able to manage several tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure;
- Valid driver’s license, to be able to travel to local locations;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud;
- Experience in video production – camera, sound recording, lighting, set design;
- Experience in video post-production – video editing, image processing, visual effects.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday position. The office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM and schedule may very each week. Candidates may need to go to remote locations as needed.
