Location: Magnolia, TX

Contract: Temporary

Blu Moon Photography, the leading studio for high schools in Montgomery county, is looking for several outgoing and energetic people to join our team through the fall and spring school season. This job is perfect for Mom’s with older children, night students or someone interested in portrait photography. Earn some extra money for the holidays or supplement your current income! This position is part to full time through December and after the first of the year based on business needs.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer, we’ll train you on everything you need to know. Most of our school business is during the week between 7:00am-3:00pm, however, we do have some events taking place on nights and weekends. So, flexibility is a definite plus!

Job Responsibilities

  • The ability to work with school age children
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly
  • The ability to lift at least 50lbs and withstand work long days
  • Willing to travel 50-100 miles (most of our travel is within 25mi of the studio)
  • Must have a valid U.S. drivers license, proof of insurance and registered reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to consistently present a positive and professional image at all times
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well without direct supervision or as part of a team
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with professional photographic preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills necessary
  • Maintaining confidential school and student information
  • Ability to safeguard equipment at all times
  • Strong organizational skills
