Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Contract: Part Time
Responsibilities
- Determine where we can improve and upgrade new equipment based on changing technology and trends in modern media production.
- Work with other employees on equipment usage, video shoot protocol, etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to upper management
Desired Skills
- Experience with media production, video creation, photography, various cameras and audio equipment, and everything that entails.
- Deep knowledge and passion for video production and how it is evolving
- Technical and Creative problem solving, not afraid of trying new solutions to uncharted problems
- Proficient in live-stream software (OBS Studio)
- Quick, willing learner with unfamiliar software/hardware
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Education level can be discussed in regards to real-world experience, though College Degree in related field is ideal
Pay
- $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
