Location: New York, United States
Contract: Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Purchase order submission, maintenance and tracking with overseas factories for on-time delivery
- To place orders and follow up with customer’s nominated label and accessory suppliers overseas
- Handle daily correspondence with overseas manufacturers
- Manage samples traffic calendar to meet production deadlines
- Oversee all time and action calendars
- Spec garments for fittings
- Submitting fit samples as well as trim, fabric, and lab dip cards for approval
- To communicate with forwarders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor all delivery dates and implement timely communication on delivery
Qualifications:
- Experienced in all aspects of fashion production
- Knowledge in MS office with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task
Preferences:
- Technical design knowledge
- Bilingual in Chinese language is preferred
Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
