Job Description

We are hiring part-time, seasonal PHOTOGRAPHERS to work with us. Work will be some weekdays, and weekends in August, September, and October. Our Central Virginia event locations range from Charlottesville, to Woodstock, to Louisa, to Culpeper.

We are looking for passionate photographers to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, and executing, and assisting at photoshoots at various locations. You will be working with children and parents so candidates must be kid-friendly, with a professional attitude and appearance.

To ensure success as a photographer, you should have a basic knowledge of photography, and have a willingness to learn lighting and posing techniques, be outgoing, and on-time! Training will be provided.

Photographer Responsibilities:

• Organizing, unpacking, and setting up computer tablets and lighting equipment at various locations.
• Accurately pose players and teams.
• Photograph subjects with proper lighting.
• Maintain friendly interactions with coaches, children, and parents.
• Take instructions from the location manager.

Photographers Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Be a quick learner.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available on Saturday mornings and/or selected weekdays in August, September, and October.
• PHOTOGRAPHERS: Must have digital SLR camera and separate flash.
• PHOTOGRAPHERS: Must be familiar with camera settings/basic photography knowledge required.
