POSITION OBJECTIVE

As a Video Producer & Editor, your primary role will involve generating and creating diverse content for both internal and external purposes. You will be an integral part of our Product & Marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously or collaboratively to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Your unwavering dedication to meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, staying organized, and upholding professionalism will be instrumental in achieving success in this position. CRITICAL SUCCESS BEHAVIORS

• Create inward/outward facing electronic media to promote and train (includes photography, videography, script writing, 2-D animation, editing, audio recording/editing, green screen production, and electronic media distribution)
• Can express creativity through storytelling and video
• Enjoys owning a project from concept to finished product

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Ability to conceive, write, produce, direct, and edit professional video productions
• Ability to light location settings and green screen studios, and to record audio/video at a high, professional level
• Ability to shoot professional still photography
• Thorough knowledge of the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, and Adobe Lightroom
• Ability to gather raw info and transform it into quality written materials for consumption by Insite prospects, clients, and employees
