Job Title: Project Manager/Account Executive

Our work is unique, hands-on, experiential exhibits and this position will demand equal parts skill and imagination. You’ll coordinate the work of carpenters, electricians, production managers with client requests and deliver immersive experiences for the promotional and marketing events of top brands. You will be managing anywhere from 1 to 10 different projects at a time and will be responsible for making sure all the details are attended to ensuring the client’s vision is achieved. If you are not detail-oriented, you will not be right for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Confer with clients and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Communicating with internal management and clients teams to gather all information and details to complete our projects.

Requirements:

• Experience on-site in the event industry.
• Ability to travel to different events and tradeshows to oversee setup.
• Have experience with assembling and building set pieces, flats, bars, etc.
• Can strongly lead a crew, has great time management skills.
• Must be a people person and be able to problem solve.
• Minimum 2 years experience.

Example of a day:

1. Client phone calls
2. Putting together a proposal, or following up on an existing proposal
3. A Production meeting to track progress and see what the production team may need from the client.
4. Assembling material samples for client signoff
5. Taking photos of existing projects and sharing with the client.
6. Communicating with print vendors and other vendors to ensure timely completion of items not being completed in the internal shop.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
