This position is for an Audio Visual Service Technician to join our New York based Service Team.

Responsibilities:

• On-site Event VTC, broadcast, production, and operations
• AV/Technical operations for events with current knowledge of existing live stream technology
• AV, production, and broadcast equipment testing and setup video calls.
• Responsible for end-user audio and video production requests for sharing content and video for events.
• Perform basic AV maintenance (replacing bad cables, dongles, mics, etc.)
• Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensures the equipment is set for optimum performance.
• Ensure all equipment is shut down and in cases where portables are involved secure for the next event.
• Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturers recommendations.
• Work with stakeholders on production values and post-production needs.
• Work with third-party vendors, lighting, teleprompters, video walls, and streaming/content services
• White glove end-user support

Qualifications:

• Experience in broadcasting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience in post-production: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience in video editing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience in audio soundboards: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay:

From $30.00 per hour
