Your role:

The Coordinator supports the Atlantic and Elektra merchandise division. They will help the product managers in creation of the product lines and aiding in the development/execution of merchandise for all channels (tour, retail, e-commerce and licensing). The role will own full development and execution of marketing merchandise for our label groups as well as helping the Product Managers in executing our merchandise roll out and strategy through all the channels.

Here you’ll get to:

Assist the product managers across all elements of the merchandise business up to and including:

• Creating tour order sheets
• Tour announce and summary emails
• One Sheet creations
• Sales reports
• Overseeing marketing orders and promotional orders
• Running market analysis on our competitors merchandise and VIP experience
• Product and E-commerce set up
• Creating Artist one sheets and presentations
• Overseeing shipping and logistics on tour supply acts

We’d love it if you also had:

• 3+ years experience as a Coordinator or Assistant
• 5 years experience working cross-functionally within a larger team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university preferred

Salary Range

$25.00 to $37.00 Hourly
