Job Description:

We are always updating our list of preferred freelance floral designers, at both expert and assistant skill levels. We need designers on an as-needed basis with an artistic and creative flair for floral design, and who have significant experience in retail or event floral design. Freelance Floral Designers are needed for large events and seasonal busy times (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Prom… Homecoming, Thanksgiving, Christmas). This opportunity is perfect for event florists during busy retail seasons.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Creativity and floral design experience (retail or events)
• Ability to work well as part of a team – efficiently and under pressure
• A passion for flowers and high-end design
• Proficient computer and phone skills are preferred
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Available to work long shifts, evenings, weekends and floral holidays
