Job Description:

Supporting us in turning our industry-breaking ideas and insights into strong results, you will specialise in creating digital-first, graphic and video assets for Social Media Ads as well as provide creative support for wider channels such as organic social, email, marketplace and the website.

You must be a highly skilled, efficient, and self-motivated creative with a great eye for detail. You must be passionate about creating fit-for-purpose, ultra-effective ads, emails and web banners for one of Manchester’s most exciting new health & beauty brands.

This role will have a key focus on asset creation for paid social channels, so knowledge and experience in creating effective ad content for Facebook & Instagram is essential. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in concepting and creating content for eCommerce businesses and have a keen interest in health & beauty, then please get in touch!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating captivating content for our social media ads, including Facebook, Instagram (& potentially Tik Tok)
• Working closely with the Brand Manager, Performance Manager & Managing Director to support in conceptualising and executing a multitude of creative assets such as banner ads, email ads, organic social assets & other ad hoc marketing collateral (when required)
• Create animations and/or motion graphics for website and social use
• Work independently to develop creative content and campaign ideas from both a brief & new ideation
• Contribute innovative ideas and techniques to enhance visual quality and storytelling for various campaigns (such as product launches, key sale campaigns etc.)
• Ensure designs are on brief, within brand guidelines and delivered on-time

Your Profile:

• Degree in graphic design or similar and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience working creating social graphics and video ad designs for eCommerce businesses
• Must be proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite – including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom etc.
• Video editing experience is a must
• Strong passion and understanding of the beauty & wellness industry is a plus
