The Extended Development (XDev) Workforce team at the client is dedicated to empowering our developers to create player value unburdened by the administrative load. Sometimes development is best done by permanent team roles, but when that is not the case, we strive to eliminate the manual burden and process expertise required of Developers to use internal and external resource options. We do this by providing dedicated producers for the project and Ad-Hoc support and by championing continuous process improvements through cross-organizational engagement.

As a Game Production Coordinator, you will report to a Senior Producer on the Extended Dev Workforce Team, part of client Dev Services. You will support a team of Producers with your facilitation, planning, and soft skills to lead and improve how our team accomplishes its mission. You will help facilitate and manage some of our customized programs, rituals, and documents as we work with client teams in building maturity in external resourcing. Success is measured by the effectiveness and satisfaction of our partners, customers, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple communication channels with internal and external parties.
• Manage schedules and workflows while raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers.
• Assess the team’s current situation and identify opportunities to adapt tools, communication, and processes to ensure successful, sustainable delivery.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups.
• Support transparent and predictable operations with roadmaps, anticipative planning, and active risk management.
• Maintain and share project information with relevant parties.
• Help facilitate and improve team rituals, including pre and post-meeting communications and action items.
• Design and organize meetings for discovery, collaboration, and socialization regarding cross-discipline needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager.
• Experience working in gaming, software, or related fields.
• Experience working with executive teams and partners.
• Experience developing productive working relationships with team members, colleagues, and all customers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

• Project management skills.
• Experience working with collaborative and project management tools, especially AirTable, Miro, and Notion.
• Experience facilitating meetings to achieve productive outcomes.

Salary:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
