Role Description:

As the CMS/CMR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our online CMS/CMR account, utilizing top-tier software like Oracle’s NetSuite, Keap, or Vend. Your main objective will be to create a seamless experience for our clients and potential clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Online CMS/CMR Development: Implement and customize the online CMS/CMR platform to meet the unique needs of our interior design studio. Ensure a user-friendly interface for both clients and internal teams.
• Client Project Visibility: Set up a transparent project status tracking system within the CMS/CMR, enabling clients to log in and receive real-time updates on their projects. This includes notifications for key milestones, such as scheduling measurements, order placements, delivery arrivals, and installation setups.
• Seamless Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between our office team and installation personnel through the CMS/CMR backend. Ensure timely updates and notes regarding additional materials or requirements for each project.
• Efficiency and Resource Management: Optimize the system to increase internal team efficiency by streamlining the process of ordering materials or addressing specific project needs promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing CMS/CMR systems, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
• Proficiency in working with software such as Oracle’s NetSuite, Keap, Vend, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate project tracking and timely updates.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
