Contract: Temporary, Per diem, Freelance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and report on pertinent sports gambling information, including line movements, futures, live lines, and injury impacts
• Work with editorial team to provide statistics and data that will add value for sports gamblers
• Building TikToks, IG Reels and YouTube shorts on odds and sports gambling stories
• In addition to gambling content, covering major sports angles and storylines
• Format information into graphics, photoshops, and memes to make it more appealing to social media audiences
• Showcase SportsLine writers and projections on social as a way to encourage subscriptions for the brand
• Cover sporting events live, providing pertinent insights and commentary for sports gamblers
• Frequently meet and collaborate with peers in Production, Editorial, and Marketing to support their priorities through SportsLine’s social accounts
• Provide detailed direction to social designers and video editors to build social content
• Use social to drive referral traffic to SportsLine.com
• Comfortable writing and recording voice over videos

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of experience working on Social Media Accounts
• Familiarity with and passion for sports and sports gambling
• Willingness to adapt working schedule to cover primetime football and basketball games, with your schedule shifting throughout the year between days, nights and weekends
• Ability to work under extremely fast turnaround times
• Experience of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere with a hunger to improve your craft
• Ability to write creative copy for social posts
• Take the initiate to find and create content that will engage with our audience

Additional Qualifications:

• Extraordinary writing ability and strong understanding of English grammar
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in front of as well as behind the camera
• Experience working on screen talent in order to produce social content!

Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00.
