Summary:

We are looking for a fractional marketing manager to join our team and help us grow our business in the financial services equipment space. We market our products and services to banks, hotels, retail and other audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Planning: Create detailed marketing budget and plan, including target audience identification, messaging, positioning, and tactics across various marketing channels.
  • Work with our sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
  • Track and analyze marketing results to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Occasionally (1-2 times per year) represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, events, direct mail, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Make edits and updates to the company website as necessary.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in marketing processes and strategies and provide recommendations to optimize results.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a fractional or remote capacity.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • MS Office, G-Suite, CRM, Asana.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
