At Chick-fil-A, the “EAT MOR CHIKIN” Cow has a very important role! It is responsible for making lots and lots of connections with guests of all ages! The Cow is a Celebrity. It’s a pretty cool honor to be chosen to play the “EAT MOR CHIKIN” Cow. After all, the Cow is loved by young and old! The “EAT MOR CHIKIN” Cow is used in “Emotional Connections Marketing” to create and leverage connections with guests, so they’ll take home a wonderful memory and tell others all about Chick-fil-A! The “EAT MOR CHIKIN” Cow shows up in unexpectedly fun, renegade ways. The Cow is always referred to as either the “Chick-fil-A Cow” or “EAT MOR CHIKIN” Cow.

Responsibilities:

• The Chick-fil-A Cow never stands still and is always moving. Slow-moving Cows are easy targets for Cow tippers!
• The Chick-fil-A Cow thinks big and exaggerates all of their movements, even if they feel funny!
• Successful Chick-fil-A Cows are cautious towards small children and wait for the children to approach them.
• Chick-fil-A Cows don’t play favorites. People’s dreams are shattered if they get left out of the fun.
• Chick-fil-A Cows never remove any Cow costume component in front of their audience.
• Our Chick-fil-A Cow attends each Tri-City Chili Peppers home game!
• Our Chick-fil-A Cow also attends various events put on at the store!

Position Type

Part-Time Mainly evening shift with an occasional event during the day. Mainly used for special events and Tri-City Chili Peppers games.
