Hothouse is looking for a talented, experienced, and motivated Senior UX/UI Designer with a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, innovative digital trends, and the ability to iterate designs in an agile work environment. You stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies and have a track record of creating excellent user experiences and stunning interface designs.

Throughout the three-month project, you will:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, considering all aspects of the user experience (interaction design, visual design, information architecture, etc.)
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Create compelling, effective, distinct Creative
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications
• Communicate effectively your design decisions to stakeholders and team members

You’ll know we’re a match if you have:

• Impeccable design taste and a passion for understanding humanity & culture
• A degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 7+ years’ experience as a UX/UI designer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A robust portfolio that showcases a broad range of UX/UI design skills
• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and other relevant tools
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, including CSS, HTML, and Javascript
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
