How you’ll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Angular Engineer to join our Digital Experience Web Applications Development Team. Our team focuses on building highly scalable customer facing Single Page Web Applications, utilizing an array of modern technology stack.

The ideal candidate will possess solid computer science fundamentals and strong understanding of web development principles with experience using modern JavaScript frameworks specifically Angular.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain modern, scalable, and robust web applications, utilizing SiriusXM’s technology stack
• Continuously optimize, monitor, and test your designs
• Collaborate with other UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
• Contribute to Angular architecture and maintain best practices
• Follow high-level of standards across all levels of design and development work
• Show enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for the system and its components that are vital to the success of the business

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing scalable, high volume Angular web applications
• Experience utilizing NgRx Store and RxJS
• Experience creating custom, reusable modules and components to extend core Angular
• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Karma, etc.
• Experience working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment
• Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Commitment to “internal client” and customer service principles
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
