As our Producer/Videographer/Editor – Part-Time, you will be a key member of the Creative Services team, responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and transforming it into engaging visual content through the editing process. In this role, you will directly support our new G League team, Rip City Remix, as well as our Esports team, B5 Gaming.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Plan, organize, and execute video shoots, including determining appropriate shoot set-ups, lighting, framing, and audio set-up.
  • Operate professional camera equipment, ensuring well-composed shots, proper exposure, and focus.
  • Capture footage of various subjects. Conduct interviews while rolling the camera.
  • Utilize Adobe editing software to edit and prepare footage for final delivery.
  • Sort, label, and catalog video assets in an organized and easily retrievable manner on the internal shared storage system.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Creative Services department to develop creative and compelling storylines for requested projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
  • Organize, edit, and assemble footage to create a visually appealing and engaging final product for all Remix and B5 business needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, software, AI advancements and industry trends to continually enhance overall production quality and efficiency.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe platforms such as Encoder and Audition. A working knowledge of After Effects is helpful.
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach
  • A deep understanding of audio design, transitions, and color grading.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the flexibility to work within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong time and resource management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including game nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Ability to travel for away games and tournaments as needed.
