Responsibilities

• Production Support: You will provide crucial support to the production team, assisting with various tasks such as scheduling, organizing rehearsals, and coordinating production logistics. Your organizational skills will help maintain a well-structured and efficient production process.
• Stage and Set Assistance: As a Production Assistant, you will assist with stage and set-related tasks, including set construction, props management, and scene changes. Your ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the technical crew and stagehands will be essential in creating a visually compelling production.
• Backstage Operations: During performances, you will assist with backstage operations, ensuring smooth transitions, quick costume changes, child management, and prop handling. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will contribute to the seamless flow of the production.
• Communication and Coordination: You will act as a liaison between the various production departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination. This may involve relaying important information, distributing schedules, and assisting with the flow of communication during rehearsals and performances.
• Problem-Solving: As a Production Assistant, you will need to think on your feet and address any unforeseen challenges that may arise during rehearsals or performances.
