Contract: Contractor, Part Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Back-and-front end coding PHP/CodeIgniter/React/Node-based platform
• Support development and manage new product releases and platform maintenance and iterations
• AWS Dev-operations working with servers, infrastructure, etc.
• Managing and executing best software engineering practices including coding, server technologies, site reliability and performance engineering, analytics engineering, research, security

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• 7 years proficiency in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing while managing time-sensitive and long-term projects
• 5 years coding in PHP MVC frameworks, Node/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
• 3 years MySQL designing schemas & writing optimized queries
• 2 years platform infrastructure and data pipeline management using AWS including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront & ElasticCache
• Fast, expert/clean code professional history w/references to support
• Experience with project workflow tools (BitBucket, JIRA, Git, Gulp)

COMPENSATION:

$50-$60.00 per hour
