Bad Wolf is an exciting and dynamic High End TV company which has grown at an incredible rate since its formation in 2015. This role will provide administrative support for the Cardiff-based Bad Wolf Production team and Director of Production as required. The role requires an individual who is highly organised, independent and enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced, demanding and creative environment with people who love TV.

Key responsibilities

  • To support in general office administration duties that may arise to help ensure the smooth day to day operation and pleasant environment in the Bad Wolf Cardiff office. This may include welcoming production department guests, offering refreshments and making arrangements for catering, preparing the meeting room, and being the first point of contact for queries by phone or email for the team.
  • To work alongside the Production Co-ordinator to maintain effective and efficient production systems as outlined.
  • To provide effective PA support to the Director of Production and on occasion the Production Execs. Tasks include diary management, booking meetings, travel, accommodation and processing expenses.
  • To log suppliers and maintaining a comprehensive selection of paperwork/evidence and certificates as needed for the approved supplier database.
  • To carry out availability checks on Directors, Producers and HOD’s when required and logging and keeping a comprehensive list of local/non-local crew.
  • To log and send downloadable links of the Productions to agents, publicity teams, etc.
  • To support the Production Co-ordinator in setting up BOX access and accounts for SPV Production Teams including emails, Zoom accounts, albert, Asset Hub and Frame.io
  • To log and manage email accounts set up for staff, crew and SPV Production Teams
  • To log, store and manage cloud back-ups of Production drives and delivery materials (library management)
  • To provide administrative support to the SPV Production Teams as and when needed
  • To support the Production Administrator in sourcing, ordering and organising gift purchases for SPV Production Teams, Heads of Department and cast
  • To gain an understanding and competency of software and platforms SPV’s are required to use – i.e POP (onboarding), ASSET HUB, Frame IO
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Production Team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An attention to detail and commitment to effective administrative processes
  • An awareness of TV drama in the UK, US and internationally
  • Experience of maintaining accurate administration systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy: strong typing skills, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly, with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of performance and an attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • A positive pro-active approach with a willingness to take on ad-hoc requests and complete research as and when needed by the team
