Contract: Part Time, Freelance

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Floor plans and technical design drawings
• Renderings
• Mood boards and other client presentation/visualization tools
• Shop drawings for custom furniture designs
• Construction documents, including electrical and plumbing plans
• Research
• Opening wholesale furnishing accounts
• Order placement and tracking
• Team meetings with our 4Dbiz team members
• Ensure client retention by providing excellent customer service
• Build a trusting, friendly relationship with our clients and our team

Desired Skill Set:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines at a time
• At least 3 years interior design experience
• Proficiency with Sketchup, CAD, Zoom, Vray, Google Drive and Google applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva. Preferred proficiency with Studio Designer, Houzz, Foyr, Coohom and/or other interior design industry technologies.
• Knowledge of home furnishing products and labels
• Keen attention to detail

Pay:

• $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
