The Job
You are engaged in the day-to-day workings of our creative studios in partnership with our creative and production teams. Our Production Coordinators ensure that our teams have what they need, when they need it, to deliver the highest quality digital assets on time and within budget.
The Production Coordinator is a detail oriented, team-player with excellent communication skills, always thinking one step ahead. You support creative, production and account teams by tracking deadlines, assisting with brief-building, managing assets, relaying feedback and helping to QA every deliverable. You are always looking for ways to be helpful, collaborate and elevate your team. You take pride in the small stuff, guiding projects from kick off to delivery, making sure every aspect of the client’s need is met with the highest quality deliverables. You’ll work closely with our creative teams to produce creative products that get distributed through digital channels — websites, email lists, social media feeds, etc.
As a person, you are:
- A collaborative partner. You love working with diverse teams, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve a shared goal. You inspire determination with a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring projects continue to move forward in a timely manner.
- Driven by the details: You relish the small things and understand that they are essential to client satisfaction and project success. From setting the workback schedule, to mitigating client feedback and final QA, you bring precision at every step.
- Composed. You resolve conflicts and challenges through kind conversation and problem solving. You navigate and balance the trust of your peers and leaders through mutual respect.
- Inspired. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are able to stay focused on the tasks at hand. You proactively block and tackle knowing that a new day brings unexpected challenges.
- Curious. You stay on the cutting edge of digital trends and tactics to inform how we can improve our bottom line. You’re always looking for ways to improve our processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
As a worker, you will:
- Be an active member of the production team. You will ensure team success by providing accurate information, coordinating necessary assets, tracking milestones and helping to review and deliver final files. You will support the Lead Producer in guiding all assigned projects from kick off to delivery.
- Proactively partner with Producers and Creatives to communicate client needs to the creative team, providing additional context and clarification as needed.
- Facilitate project preparation by supporting the completion of briefs, developing workback schedules, gathering assets and setting up files according to agency best practices.
- Utilize our project management tool to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, from updating briefs to creating and adjusting workback schedules.
- Actively track project statuses, due dates and deliverables list, elevating opportunities or challenges to Lead Producer and Creative Leads immediately.
- Ensure the Lead Producer is always up to date by proactively keeping them informed on the status of all milestones and creative team needs.
- Build trusting relationships with Producers and the creative team by being a knowledgeable, reliable and prompt communicator.
- Execute project-specific duties as needed including asset management and final file review and delivery.
- Make sure all deliverables adhere to industry, client and agency best practices.
As for experience, you need:
- 1-2 years experience in a corporate digital design or marketing setting as a producer, account manager, or project manager. A general understanding of digital marketing and commerce best practices, trends, and terminology is a plus.
- Experience managing projects within a project management tool required. Experience within Airtable experience a plus.
- Beginner to intermediate understanding of creative platforms and tools such as Adobe CC or Figma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, experience building and maintaining relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership, and understanding and valuing cultural differences. Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to work on a variety of projects across multiple clients within various constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Digital Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field. Additional 2 years experience in lieu of a degree.
