About The Role

A great opportunity has opened for an Events Coordinator to join us at Casio for 4 months (with a view to extend). Reporting to the Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager you will be joining us at an exciting time in our events schedule where we need someone who can help us deliver events that live up to our high standards. Your expertise in event coordination will ensure that our events run smoothly and efficiently, leaving our guests with a lasting positive impression. If you’re a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, we’d love to have you on our team.

Your role will be to mainly support the Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager by our Timepiece and G-SHOCK London store events run with great success as well as support our brand-new G-SHOCK radio show, whilst also enjoying what you do! This role will give you great scope to meet new people at events/within the industry, while experiencing new and exciting challenges!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts that align with our brand values
• Plan and execute events of various scales and types, such as product launches, customer appreciation events, G-SHOCK sessions and G-SHOCK radio
• Assist with managing event logistics
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events
• Create event timelines and checklists to ensure that all aspects of the event are properly organised and executed
• Design and produce event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage
• Be pro-active with content capture on event days and work collaboratively with our Content team to manage our socials
• Be able to assist on influencer strategy: product to video placement, shoots, editorials, radio

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Events Assistant or working in Event Operations is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be highly advantageous
• An individual who is fast paced and relishes the challenge of multi-tasking with shifting priorities
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and G Suite
