Client: Line Up Aviation
Location: Stevenage, United Kingdom
Contract: Full Time, 6 Months Fixed Term
Pay:
Up to £69.00 per hour via Umbrella Company
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing the real-time systems application software for the next generation of Missile Systems.
- This is a technical hands-on role and will involve designing, implementing and testing the embedded software for the missile products.
Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of hard real-time software development
- Strong embedded C++ Programming skills
- Strong UML knowledge (ideally using Rhapsody)
- Generating and executing software test harness’s
- Good problem-solving capability to investigate software/hardware issues
- Experience working in a lab environment running embedded software
- Use of configuration control tools such as RTC
Additional useful skills include:
- Knowledge or experience of embedded programming in ADA
- Ability to develop, test and integrate low-level software drivers
- Competent with MS Word, for reviewing and updating technical documentation
