LN & Co. is excited to announce that we are expanding our Digital Marketing team! We are looking for individuals with strong digital marketing skills who are passionate about supporting Church ministries. You will work closely with ministry leaders to develop and implement digital marketing strategies as a team member. You will also be able to create and manage content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website pages. A sneak peek of your day:

• Generate social media reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Develop content calendars tailored to the client’s audience and brand voice. Create calendars that clearly outline content requirements, timelines, hashtag research, and all related components to communicate to clients what, how and when social media content is being published.
• Create social media snippets from clients’ recordings to promote on their social media platforms.
• Conduct engagement activities with the client’s audience, such as interacting with comments, responding to messages, and being present on the platform.
• Assist in developing ad & social media strategies; brainstorm and share ideas about how to promote client platforms.
• Assist in the upkeep of client websites.
• Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, creativity, and execution
• Lead productive meetings with both the team and client

Who we would like to meet:

• 3+ years of full-time experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising (digital experience required)
• Experience in working within an agency (preferred)
• Experience working with churches and understands the general AME, Baptist, Christian perspective and language (preferred)
• Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
• Strong community management, organizational and project management skills
• Experience in managing and developing a company’s online community (preferred)
• Experience in using Scheduling platforms like Loomly, Planoly, Later and others
• Experience in using video and content editing software like Canva, CapCut, Pixlr, and Adobe Premiere
• A team player.
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
• Strong interest in technology & digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

Schedule Requirements:

• 10-15 hours weekly
• Located in the DMV area
• Must own phone and computer to capture and edit content
• Must be available on Sundays, in-person
• Monday - Tuesday, able to join weekly and performance meetings, remote
• Must have own transportation to attend client meetings as needed, Sunday church services, and events to capture all content

Hourly Rate: $18-22 /hr based on experience
