Commercial Employees is hiring multiple Production Associate positions in the Fox Chapel / Blawnox RIDC area. These full-time contract positions are conveniently located on the bus line and may lead to regular employment.

You’ll be part of a team that is committed to developing and manufacturing corrosion protection and specialty materials that increase the life expectancy of buildings and infrastructure worldwide. The primary role for these positions is to safely and efficiently produce (manufacture) and package high quality products for our worldwide clients.

Core Responsibilities for our Production Associate Positions:

• Gather raw materials based on product formula requirements
• Load raw materials into mixers in prescribed amounts and sequence
• Safely operate mixing and blending equipment to complete work orders
• Fill bags and other product containers
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Label and stage finished products for shipment
• Clean equipment to ensure safety and to prevent contamination
• Perform maintenance of machines and equipment as required
• Dispose of waste properly in order to maintain a safe and clean workplace

Production Associate Background and Experience:

• Must have strong reading comprehension and general math skills
• Will utilize plant equipment such as forklifts, scales, mixers, tumblers, blenders and other tools
• The majority of each workday is spent standing or moving
• You will regularly walk up and down stairs and ladders
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
• High school graduate, or equivalent
