What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan & execute all comms in the CRM calendar in line with the promotional & brand campaign calendar, selecting the right message to send to the right audience at the right time with support from the Senior CRM Executive
• Collaboration with the graphics team to ensure all CRM creative helps support the wider CRM strategy. Monthly sessions to evaluate performance and processes
• Weekly and monthly channel performance analysis & insights reporting. Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness including recommendations for future campaigns
• Collaborate with Senior CRM Executive to deliver the test & learn plan and ensure always-on approach to channel optimization
• Support in driving the markets for which your sub-team is response for forward - suggesting and implementing continual improvement across all CRM channels

More About You

• 1+ years in a similar role, working in a CRM team
• Excellent commercial understanding
• Experience working with Bloomreach or similar
• Up to date knowledge of trends in CRM techniques
• A passion for data and analytics to proactively identify insights and an ability to effectively communicate these insights
• Have an interest in retail / online marketing
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
• Ambitious, driven individual who excels in challenging environments
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
