Immediate Openings for Production Associates in Charlotte

$16.38-$17.13 per hour

4 Day Work Week

Temp to Hire

• 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd shift 5:30pm-4:30am
• Monday-Thursday

Production Operator Duties:

• Operate and maintain equipment, move material, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards while working on the plant floor.
• Move tires from pallets on to a conveyor system to start assembly process
• Select and scan in components being used to assemble tire sets.
• Use small tools and hands to complete assembly steps (torque gun, pressure gauges, etc.)
• Visually inspect and perform quality checks on tire sets.
