Contract: Temporary, Part-time

Description:

Here at Herold’s Salads we provide a premium product to local grocers and restaurants. During our peak time of year (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) we produce a much larger amount of products than we do in the off-season. In doing so our specialty salad area ramps up production by triple our normal amount.

Responsibilities:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be willing to work overtime and in some cases a 12-hour day.
• Communicate efficiently and thoroughly.
• Work around and with different cleaning chemicals.
• Demonstrate team working skills and work efficiently with others.
• Demonstrate clean hygiene on a daily basis.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to use numbers and weights correctly.
• Move QUICKLY and efficiently while following standard recipes.
• Work in a wet environment. Uniform and proper safety equipment provided.

Shift:

The shift would start at 6:30 AM and end when the plant is cleaned post-production for the entire day.

Training:

Training will be provided.
