Are you looking for a meaningful job dedicated to excellence?

We’re currently hiring for a seasonal production role, which would last at least through June or July of 2024. We’re specifically looking for people interested in a potential future long-term role as Production Manger. We expect this management position to be open in the summer of 2024, if our current wonderful and talented Production Manager begins the next exciting chapter of her life.

In the seasonal role, you’ll be working as a team member responsible for producing, processing, and shipping products to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple workstations, create beautiful products and learn broadly about our systems. You’ll also begin learning about our management philosophy and get training in the fundamental behaviors of effective managers.

To perform this job with excellence you’ll need to be a strong communicator, have a keen attention to detail, and be a proficient problem-solver. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
