Production Coordinator (Part Time)

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Work under executive producer for both photo and video shoots.
• Manage scheduling, filing and booking of talent, crew and locations.
• Send the daily and project schedules as needed.
• Discuss any schedule changes.
• Lead ordering for equipment and supplies.
• Track spending and provide daily reports.
• Answers phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Delegate jobs to PA on set.
• Capture BTS video + photo content for social on set.

The Candidate

• Must have previous experience of 2+ in both photo + video production as a production coordinator.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be punctual and have great attention to detail.
• Must have a can do attitude.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to excel and stay focused in complex situations.
• A true team player.
• Bonus if you have capabilities to capture bts video + photo content.

Compensation is dependent on project scope, but ongoing monthly work is ensured.

Job Types:

Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,921.66 - $70,103.93 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
