Job Description

The Copper Crown/Silver Spur is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and social media strategies to engage with our customers, employees, and community.

This position will work closely with the owners and be responsible for the following:

• Develop engaging content that is informative and attractive to customers, employees, and community members for website, social media and hard copy
• Research and implement new marketing/social media strategies to reach new customers
• Monitor customer reviews on social media platforms to ensure the brand is being represented accurately
• Monitor website traffic metrics to ensure the brand is representing accurate information about the company’s products/services
• Analyze competitor’s website/social media accounts to determine weaknesses/strengths
• Create graphics for website pages, social media posts, email campaigns, etc.
• Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Some bachelor’s level education and/or work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
