Heartland Studios (headquartered in KC). We are innovative, fun, and creative. Our goal is to educate, entertain, intrigue… and brainwash, of course <insert evil laughter>. What sets us apart from the tsunami of Podcasts and other Social Media Entertainment Companies is that we use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning mixed with a Socio-Psychological Methodology normally leveraged by the Fortune 500 for market & consumer insights. Our research defines the optimal genre and venue focus. It also outlines who our cohosts (personae) should be for the broadest appeal. Not to mention developing episode frameworks from data that scored the highest interest levels from both Males and Females across multiple generations.

We’re here to disrupt the disruptors while having a lot of fun doing it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce one podcast episode per week, ensuring high-quality audio and content
• Write comprehensive and engaging show notes for each episode
• Outline compelling clips from each episode for promotional purposes (edit clips, of course)
• Write blog posts related to each episode, providing additional context, insights, and value for our audience
• Provide creative input on episode content and structure
• Manage and meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Experience producing a podcast or similar role (show us yo stuff)
• Passion for startups… very creative startups!
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging show notes and blog posts
• Proficiency in podcast and clip publishing software and platforms (Anchor [among others], YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, IG)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Video/audio editing capabilities are a prerequisite, duh.

Compensation:

First 90 days earn equity (ownership) in our new studio! After 90 days $30 an hour or better if you’ve got negotiation game. This is a great opportunity to grow with us.
