Position: Conversational Designer
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Conversational Designer, to work in Charlotte, NC. As a Conversational Designer, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging and effective conversational experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conversational design, ideally with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in tools such as Word, Visio, and Lucid Charts for creating conversational flowcharts and diagrams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience (UX) design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to create engaging and user-friendly conversational experiences.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot technologies is a plus but not required.
