The Role
We are looking for a freelance New York based Production Coordinator to support our Producer over a busy period as we gear up for a number of shoots across multiple projects. Amongst other tasks, you will support with scheduling, crewing, casting, location sourcing, equipment hire, call sheets and various production paperwork, drafting SOWs (with oversight from the Producer and HoP), raising POs and reconciling invoices. You will work collaboratively with the core team at Untold fable and the wider team at AFG, whilst reporting to the NY Producer. You will maintain Untold Fable’s high standard of execution in everything you do.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years working in Production, either as a PC or a PA.
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Calm, yet assertive, you approach problems with a positive solution-orientated attitude
