Pay Range: $90-100/hr. on W2 (DOE)

Job Description:

• Master’s degree in information technology or related specialized field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Specialized certification may be required.
• Typically possesses fifteen or more years’ experience in the field performing complex and conceptual analysis, consulting, and project management and providing recommendations.
• Ability to act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational projects.
• Ability to develop and recommend long range goals and objectives.
• Ability to design, research and develop highly advanced new technological applications resulting in new projects which require major decision-making recommendations.
• PhD Degree preferred.
• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Specific Job Description:

Candidate must be capable of evaluating hardware/software deliveries for installation into operational baseline.

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

• The ServiceNow Engineer/Developer serves as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Integration Hub, and CMDB.
• The ServiceNow Engineer/Developer, in partnership with stakeholders, will design and implement, support, and enhance the capabilities of the ServiceNow cyber portfolio.
• Additional responsibilities include development and implementation of orchestration, workflow, and automation of the process.
• In this role, the ServiceNow Engineer/developer will configure:
• Administer, create, and maintain Entity Classes, Entity Types and Entities
• Establish and maintain data integration and aggregation to CMDB.
• Establish and maintain data integration and aggregation of various metadata sources.
• Administer and maintain ITSM, ITBM, Integration Hub, and CMDB
• Data import for Control Objectives, Controls and build relationships to assessable entities.
• Maintain ServiceNow PowerBI Connector
• Create and maintain supporting data models, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform including administration and development using ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules
• Hands-on experience with core IT Service Management, catalog, workflow, and orchestration is strongly desired.
• Hands on experience with the ServiceNow modules: PowerBi Connector, ITBM, ITSM, Integration Engine, and CMDB.
• Must understand the underlying database relationships between various data sources.
