Job Description:

• Creating short and long-form video content type and performing with relevant tone and style, adhering to Dr Clear brand voice and respective style guides
• Analyse the latest trends and content patterns on TikTok
• Working closely with Social Media Editor and Manager of Social Media on high-level strategy for Tiktok
• Targeting content to Tiktok audiences and focus on trending topics
• Working closely with store teams to ideate content ideas that promote the Dr Clear ecosystem of products, offerings, and in-store experiences
• Managing TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results
• Maximising engagement and growth, constantly evaluating performance, benchmarking against competitor content, and pivoting strategy in response to these data indicators
• With the support of Social Media Team, pitch and execute on new series or initiatives for TikTok that utilize the latest trends in sounds, editing, and content
• Ensuring that Dr Clear mission and vision are heavily featured in storytelling, along with styling and product education—all in an entertaining way
• Keeping a close eye on the Tiktok creator landscape, bring in fresh ideas for talent and content
• Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy
• Supporting community and influencer team on engagement initiatives like contests, participatory stories, and creator talent roster

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years creating or editing video content on Tiktok platform
• Proven success growing an engaged audience on TikTok
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Enthusiasm and excitement about engaging with social media audience
• Passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers through the creation of content
• An active and engaging public social media presence
• Desire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional retail experience
